Cheryl Jeffrey

Owner and Principal Consultant

Cheryl has 30+ years of practical experience in Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, and ERP implementations and re-implementations. Her extensive background includes leading the implementation and optimization of ERP systems across multiple industries, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and alignment with organizational goals. 

Her knowledge of shop floor best practices, manufacturing technology, and team leadership has given her the skill set to advise at all levels. Cheryl has successfully supported businesses in streamlining cost structures, improving financial reporting, and enhancing decision-making through tailored ERP configurations and data management strategies.

She has held VP-level leadership roles in aerospace engineering, defense, steel fabrication, telecommunications, electronics, and plastic molding. Her accomplishments include implementing robotic welding technology lines, launching lean methodology programs, and developing an award-winning ERP activity-based costing methodology for steel extrusion. Additionally, Cheryl has led numerous re-implementation projects, enabling businesses to pivot their ERP systems to meet evolving needs and overcome operational challenges.

Cheryl is comfortable advising across reporting lines, from her willingness to spend time on the shop floor to conducting board presentations. Her deep experience, influential executive leadership style, and expertise in financial and operational systems allow her to build strong partnerships, with mentorship always at the forefront.

Cheryl is based in South Carolina and enjoys spending time with her family on the beach



Jessica Cohen

Head of Operations and Consultant

With a diverse background spanning over 20 years in supply chain management, procurement, operations, and ERP systems within highly regulated global industries, Jessica partners with clients to thoroughly understand their unique business requirements. She adeptly translates these needs into practical, implementable solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across various operational landscapes.

Jessica has held  leadership roles in global protein supply chains and food manufacturing operations, as well as in food service management for international events, airline catering, and national restaurant chains. 

She has built manufacturing and mobile operations teams from the ground up within the agri-tech space, where she teamed with global engineers in patenting a targeted infusion technology system for the delivery of biological active ingredients. Jessica has provided consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including CPG supplement manufacturers, global building material producers, energy providers, telecommunications companies, and more.

 Her collaborative approach has allowed her to work seamlessly with international teams, where she has played a pivotal role in developing comprehensive ERP roadmaps tailored to meet the demands of complex and atypical operational environments.

Jessica is recognized as a performance-driven and solutions-oriented consultant, possessing a proven track record in change management and leadership. Her data-driven mindset enables her to make informed decisions that influence positive outcomes, while her strong desire to create value-driven operational environments sets her apart in the industry. 

Jessica is based in the Chicagoland area with husband and son.
